About RachaelDHaving grown up in the beautiful state of Tasmania I have always been passionate about nature and the environment in which I am lucky enough to live. I have also grown up with great love and respect for all kinds of animals. I am really lucky to be able to combine these with another of my great passions… photography. I am passionate about animal portraiture. I love to capture their essence, their spirit. Animals are all so individual and it is really rewarding to be able to reflect their different personalities. My husband Paul and I are “staff” to 3 beautiful cats, Keira, Monty & Romeo all very different, all with their own personalities. I have been surrounded by treasured pets all my life and I love to look back at photos of all my beautiful pets, happy and healthy, just how I want to remember them. We are currently the very proud owners of a magnificent book filled with photos of our German Shepherd babies compliments of Rachael.
